Valuemate provides for the management of all your customer related information in a single system. Valuemate allows you to manage organisational information relating to the company, offices and contacts. You can also define and report on the jobs requested by your customers departments and/or cost centres. The customer department and cost centre feature allows you to generate invoices and reports for you banking clients in the formats they want. This eliminates the need to export data to excel and then manually lookup job information to create the report layout your bank customer requires.
Valuemate provides for the management of customer contracts allowing you to define the fee to be charged, the report template to be used and the required turnaround time. Contracts can be attached directly to a customer or allocated via customer groups thereby reducing the number of contracts you need to manage. Contract terms can be changed ahead of time using commencement and cut-off dates with Valuemate automatically detecting the new contract terms then the contract changeover date arrives.

Valuemate Enterprise provides for the sharing of information across multiple sites thereby allowing contracts to be defined for the whole enterprise or conversely providing for different fees across sites. Additionally, valuation reports, the sales database and customer records can all be shared between sites.
Enterprise edition also allows you to define the level at which users are able to operate thereby either restricting them to only see records relevant to their own site or allowing them to view records across the whole enterprise.
The Valuemate Tablet PC solution can be run in conjunction with either Valuemate Standard or Enterprise editions.
Valuemate Tablet Edition integrates with Microsoft InfoPath which is a tablet PC aware forms data capture platform. Info path includes a forms editor which allows you to create the form layout you desire and Valuemate provides for the creation of different forms for each property type. Additionally, the property characteristics you define in Valuemate are automatically available when you create you InfoPath.
The InfoPath forms platform is "Ink aware" meaning it has been specifically designed to work on a Tablet PC. The InfoPath forms allow you to hand write directly onto the form with InfoPath automatically converting your handwriting to text on the fly.
The Tablet PC edition of ValueMate includes an InfoPath data receiving service which will process any submitted forms and load the entered data directly into the ValueMate database. This process coupled with Valuemate's automated report generation process completely eliminates the need to re-type the inspection data ever.
